Is this a dating app?+
No. Flexmode is a circle for connection and ambition. That said, members are grown adults, what happens between them is their business.
Who is Flexmode for?+
People building something: entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and professionals in Miami who take their ambitions and their circle seriously. Age and industry vary. The common thread is how members show up.
Do I need to be in great shape to join?+
No. Flexmode has members across every ability level, from casual weekend players to competitive athletes. What matters is that you participate.
How do events work?+
Events are announced weekly in the app. Members RSVP directly, some are open, some are invitation-only, all are curated by the Flexmode team. Members can also create their own events to rally the circle around something of their own.
Will it feel awkward showing up alone?+
No. Most members arrive alone the first time. Every event is structured so the circle does the introduction for you, whether that’s a mixer format or a curated dinner seating.
Can I bring a friend?+
All participants must be approved Flexmode members with an active membership. That said, members can refer people they believe will fit the circle, and those referrals carry weight in the application process.
Is there a membership commitment?+
Membership is month-to-month. Pricing is shared after application review.
How often are events held?+
Multiple events per week, including regular weekly programming and monthly flagship gatherings.
How do I apply?+
Applications are only available through the Flexmode app. Download it on iOS or Android, apply in two minutes, and the Flexmode team will review.
