FLEXMODE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

Being part of the Flexmode community is a commitment to respect other members, guests, and partners—both online and at in-person events. As a condition of using Flexmode's Services under our Terms of Service, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy and our Community Standards.

This Policy helps maintain a safe, inclusive, and healthy community. Each section below includes examples of prohibited content and behavior; these lists are not exhaustive and may be updated as our Services and community evolve. Where appropriate, we may make limited exceptions for educational, documentary, scientific, artistic, or other public-interest purposes.

If we find content or behavior that violates this Policy, we may take appropriate actions, including removing content, limiting features, suspending, or terminating accounts, and removing individuals from events. You can report content or behavior you believe violates our policies for us to review, and we provide an appeals process for enforcement decisions.

1. Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment on Flexmode. We will remove and report such content and behavior to law enforcement as required by law.

Prohibited examples include:

  • Nude or sexualized images of minors (including “artistic,” cartoon, or AI-generated depictions).
  • Comments or posts that sexualize minors, including jokes or innuendo.
  • Grooming or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
  • Promoting, normalizing, or glorifying sexual exploitation of children.

2. Dangerous, Violent, and Graphic Content

We do not allow content or behavior that is dangerous, violent, or gratuitously graphic. Flexmode events and activities must be conducted in a way that prioritizes participant safety and complies with applicable laws and venue rules.

Prohibited examples include:

  • Instructions for building, modifying, or misusing weapons or other dangerous items.
  • Content encouraging dangerous “challenges” or activities that pose a significant risk to health when performed by unqualified individuals.
  • Threats of violence against an individual or group, online or at an event.
  • Content praising or glorifying violence, including terrorist or extremist acts.
  • Graphic depictions of serious injury, dead bodies, dismemberment, or other imagery meant to shock or disgust.
  • Content promoting human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.

3. Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Deceptive Practices

We do not allow fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content or behavior on Flexmode.

Prohibited examples include:

  • False or misleading claims about health, training, or safety information that may cause harm.
  • Misrepresenting event details (e.g., location, time, or safety conditions) in ways that create serious risks.
  • Fabricating credentials (e.g., claiming to be a certified coach, medical professional, or event organizer when you are not).
  • Manipulated media designed to deceive participants about real-world events (for example, fake announcements about event cancellations or emergencies).
  • Scams, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive financial or product offers targeting Flexmode users.

4. Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

You may not use Flexmode to harass, abuse, or intimidate others, whether online or at in-person events.

Prohibited examples include:

  • Personal attacks, slurs, or repeated insults directed at a person.
  • Unwanted sexual comments, DMs, or advances.

  • Coordinated harassment (brigading), such as mass commenting, mass reporting, or organized campaigns to target a person or group.
  • Creating accounts, events, or groups primarily to target or harass others.
  • Misusing reporting tools to harass, silence, or retaliate against others.

5. Hate, Discrimination, and Protected Characteristics

Hateful content that attacks, degrades, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Protected characteristics include (for example) race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, immigration status, caste, and body type.

  • Claims that a protected group is inherently inferior or dangerous.
  • Harassment or exclusion from events or groups based on protected characteristics (except where the activity itself is legitimately restricted, e.g., women-only leagues as permitted by law).

6. Privacy, Doxxing, and Non-Consensual Content

We respect user privacy and do not allow sharing of others' personal information or images without consent.

Personal information includes:

  • Home or work address, phone number, personal email, or private social media handles.

  • Sharing photos or videos of an identifiable person in a private or sensitive context without their consent.
  • Posting screenshots of private messages or emails without consent in a way that causes harm or harassment.

If you believe your personal information or image has been shared without consent, please report it so we can review and take appropriate action.

  • Sharing intimate images or sexual content of another person without their consent.
  • Sexual extortion (using intimate images to coerce someone into actions or payments).
  • Sexual solicitation or offering sexual services.
  • Content primarily focused on sexual arousal rather than sport, fitness, or lifestyle.

10. Inauthentic, Deceptive, and Disruptive Use

We do not allow inauthentic behavior or activities that disrupt the Flexmode experience or misuse our systems.

Inauthentic behavior includes:

  • Impersonating a person, brand, venue, or organization (including Flexmode or our partners).

We work to keep Flexmode safe and reliable for everyone. You may not attempt to compromise our systems, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.

Prohibited examples include:

  • Accessing the Services or data through any means other than the interfaces and methods we provide and authorize.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting information from the Services using automated tools (robots, spiders, crawlers, etc.) without written permission.

  • Sharing Event materials (such as proprietary training plans) that you are not authorized to distribute.
  • Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or encourages others to break the law (e.g., inciting riots, vandalism, or trespassing).
  • Defamatory content that unlawfully harms someone's reputation.

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated on Flexmode, please follow the process in our Terms of Service or contact us via our designated IP email.

13. Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals

We rely on community reporting and our own tools to identify potential violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, our Community Standards, and our Terms of Service.

13.1 Reporting

You can report content or behavior you believe violates our policies using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can review effectively.

13.2 Enforcement Actions

When we review reported content or behavior, we consider context, severity, intent, and past history. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remove or restrict access to specific content.
  • Limit certain features (e.g., posting or messaging).
  • Issue warnings.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently suspend or ban an account.
  • Remove individuals from events or deny participation in future events.
  • Report content or behavior to law enforcement where legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

13.3 Appeals

If you believe we have taken enforcement action in error, you may appeal within a reasonable time period (for example, within 6 months of notification).

Appeals should explain why you believe our decision was incorrect and include any relevant context or documentation. A human reviewer will reassess the decision against our policies and may uphold, modify, or reverse the enforcement action. We will notify you of the outcome.

We may limit appeals for users who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded or abusive complaints.

14. Compliance with Laws and Venue Rules

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws, regulations, and venue rules that apply to your activities on Flexmode and at Flexmode-related events.

This includes, for example, local safety regulations, public health requirements, alcohol rules, and sports facility policies.

15. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our community, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice (for example, by updating the “Effective Date,” posting in-app, or sending an email).

Your continued use of Flexmode after any update means you agree to the revised Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and may request account closure.
